摘要: In a split root system with barley plants, one half of the divided had been colonized by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi Glomus mosseae, G. intraradices or Gigaspora rosea. After extensive colonization fungi, other was inoculated mosseae. Prior any three resulted in clear suppression mosseae system. As carbohydrates are principal elements plant growth, AM colonization, which is supposed to present carbon sink, on system, could affect growth and thus fresh weight, non-mycorrhizal Besides, improved P-status plants has suggested further colonization. Our experiment showed that neither nor P-concentration differed significantly systems control plants. Thus suppressional effect prior subsequent seemed not be linked competition for an altered P-status. A systemic mycorrhization roots, fungal species genera specific discussed.
