摘要: Purpose To determine normal common carotid artery (CCA) flow volume, its relationship with age, and the predictability of cerebral blood (CBF) by color duplex sonography. Subjects methods Forty-five healthy subjects (18 men, 27 women, 23-86 years old) 13 patients (3 10 51-88 without neurological disease underwent All also xenon CT. CCA volume in was measured to values. This divided mean brain weight estimate CBF, which correlated CBF CT regions ipsilateral internal arteries (ICA). Results In subjects, ranged from 155.0-458.8 ml/min (mean+/-SD: 267.77+/-59.91), corresponding an estimated 12.43-32.84 ml/min/100 g 20.63+/-4.22). No found between age. A good correlation both ICAs (gamma=0.713, p=0.0062 on left; gamma=0.686, p=0.0096 right). Conclusion By using sonography, we established a set volumes, do not decline Estimated derived can predict actual CBF.
