摘要: 1. Ovariectomy-delayed blastocysts flushed from mice treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate were injected into the lumina of immature mouse uterine horns. The horns then maintained as organ cultures for 1–3 days in media that contained either ( a ) ethanol or plus b progesterone, c oestradiol d progesterone and oestradiol. 2. Trophoblast invasion stroma occurred 13, 10 6% eggs injected, oestradiol, respectively. stromal tissue did not decidualize. 3. Embryonic development invading usually became abnormal during migration distal endoderm. Further was impeded by progressive collapse yolk cavity which allowed trophoblastic giant cells to intermingle proximal endodermal cells. 4. optimal oxygen concentration embryonic presence between 26 40%.
