摘要: To investigate the cellular mechanisms in preimplantation adhesion of mammalian blastocyst to uterine epithelium, it is essential avoid complexities maternal environment but at same time prevent introduction competing artificial surfaces, which embryos preferentially adhere. We demonstrate here that sealed vesicles isolated epithelium cultured together with blastocysts hanging drops provide an optimum system for encouraging and observing adhesive interactions. The responses embryonic cells were identical those known vivo. Microvilli seen on both places membranes drawn into close apposition some desmosomelike junctions. After occurred trophoblast invaded showed phagocytic activity, closely resembling invasion follows during normal pregnancy mice.
