摘要: Even a cursory examination of the published attempts to devise an in vitro implantation system for mammalian embryos reveals that there have been two distinct approaches (Table I). One approach involves use complex tissues mimic as closely possible natural conditions embryo or invasive cells. The other uses single cells order identify specific cellular and molecular events.
