摘要: Abstract Strategies to achieve ambitious targets for reducing road accidents (34) have largely focused on engineering and technological advancements, modifying occupational demands and, a lesser extent, human factors. These include stress psychological states; sleep, fatigue alertness; health status. Physical activity appears influence all these factors but has not previously been systematically considered as direct or indirect risk factor driver accidents. The paper provides an overview of how each impacts performance at-work traffic within evidence-based framework then examines physical (in)activity may moderate mediate relationships.
