摘要: Anti-ulcer effects of cetraxate, a new compound possessing anti-plasmin, anti-casein and anti-trypsin actions were investigated by using experimental gastric ulcer models in rats. Cetraxate, 300 mg/kg p.o. showed significant inhibitory 65.3 %, 70.0 30.2 % 67.1% against acute types ulcers producing aspirin, phenylbutazone, indomethacin, pyloric ligature (Shay's ulcer), respectively. These greater than those obtained gefarnate aluminum sucrose sulfate may be mainly attributed to the protecting action this drug on mucosa. Cetraxate further revealed remarkable chronic produced acetic acid, clamping, clamping-cortisone. In acid particular, cetraxate was found have dose-dependent effect at doses over 50 mg/kg. Of test drugs including L-glutamine methylmethionine sulfonium chloride, most β-glucuronidase activity tissue these three ulcers. findings suggest that prevent connective location from decomposition due lysosomal enzymes such as β-glucuronidase, thereby accelerating recovery ulcer.
