摘要: In the twelve years since its discovery, field ion microscope has developed from an interesting technique into a useful research tool. The processes of ionization and evaporation are qualitatively well understood, but quantitative theory experimental data on this process now urgently required. most important recent developments in have been use neon as image gas instead helium introduction intensification. There seems to be no reason why should not used study all common transition metals.
