摘要: Spermidine is one of the simple polyamines found in cells virtually all living organisms. It undergoes a metabolic conversion to N8-acetylspermidine catalyzed by an enzyme cell nuclei and converted back spermidine deacetylase cytoplasm. In this study, two different mechanisms were used produce elevation level PC12 cells: inhibition direct addition culture. The increasing intracellular concentration was accompanied signs differentiation including increased content dopamine morphological changes (neurite outgrowths), suggesting strong perhaps causal relationship among these effects.
