Differentiation of PC12 cells induced by N8-acetylspermidine and by N8-acetylspermidine deacetylase inhibition.

摘要: Spermidine is one of the simple polyamines found in cells virtually all living organisms. It undergoes a metabolic conversion to N8-acetylspermidine catalyzed by an enzyme cell nuclei and converted back spermidine deacetylase cytoplasm. In this study, two different mechanisms were used produce elevation level PC12 cells: inhibition direct addition culture. The increasing intracellular concentration was accompanied signs differentiation including increased content dopamine morphological changes (neurite outgrowths), suggesting strong perhaps causal relationship among these effects. This effect on appears be specific for as other N1-acetylspermidine did not elicit changes. Nerve growth factor (NGF) dexamethasone, commonly inducers cells, produced without measurable levels, that (or multiple) may involved processes.
