摘要: The aim of this investigation was to study the antioxidant and anticancer activities young sprouts some traditional Korean salad plants. Total phenolics, methanol extracts from 11 plants were determined. highest amount phenolics found in Euonymus alatus (235.7 mg kg−1), followed by Hypericum ascyron (197.1 Zanthoxylum piperitum (194.1 kg−1) schinifolium (142.5 kg−1).
