摘要: The aim of this investigation was to study the antioxidant and anticancer activities young sprouts some traditional Korean salad plants. Total phenolics, methanol extracts from 11 plants were determined. highest amount phenolics found in Euonymus alatus (235.7 mg kg−1), followed by Hypericum ascyron (197.1 Zanthoxylum piperitum (194.1 kg−1) schinifolium (142.5 kg−1). Methanol E. alatus, H. ascyron, Z. at 63 kg−1 exhibited dose-depend DPPH radical scavenging activity 91.2, 91.2 83.9%, respectively. According MTT results, Stellaria aquatica, Eleutherococcus sessilifolrus showed against Calu-6 (IC50 < 25.0 µgml−1) S. aquatica—the SNU-601 (153.3 µgml−1), following (196.7 µg ml−1) Amaranthus mangostanus (303.1 µgml−1). highly correlated with DPPH, suggesting that they contribute properties studied In conclusion: possess could be used as a supplement proper drugs.
