摘要: Rheumatoid arthritis [RA] is one of the most common and severe autoimmune rheumatic diseases, diagnosed primarily according to clinical manifestations radiological reports. For many years, laboratory diagnosis rheumatoid has relied on detection factor [RF], as established by ACR criteria. A recent test detect antibodies towards citrullinated peptides, called anti-CCP assay, showed a similar sensitivity but more elevated specificity than RF test. Our intention was recognition an optimal diagnostic strategy that exhibits highest for RA detection. To this purpose, we examine usefulness autoantibodies in testing, evaluating performance conventional innovative assays detection, ELISA test, prospective study.
