摘要: Objective Both collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) and pristane-induced (PIA) are commonly used rat models of rheumatoid (RA). The aim this study was systematically to compare the differences between CIA PIA in Dark Agouti (DA) rats. Methods induced by immunising DA rats intradermally with collagen type II (CII) injecting subcutaneously pristane. evaluated macroscopically microscopically. Nitric oxide (NO) level plasma determined Griess reaction method. Plasma autoimmune antibodies, including CII specific IgG antibody (anti-CII IgG), cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP IgM factors (IgM RF RF), were detected enzyme-Linked immunosorbent assay. Results onset earlier than that involved sites mostly wrist/ankle metacarpophalangeal/metatarsophalangeal (MCP/MTP) joints while those primarily distal interphalangeal (DIP) joints. NO increased rats, as anti-CII IgG, anti-CCP levels kidney hyaline casts more frequent control 9/12 group, 8/8 CIA, 4/8 control, respectively. Conclusion mainly affected MCP/MTP joints, had severe inflammation hardly other organs; influenced DIP antibodies plasma, always showed kidney. These findings will be useful select animal model RA.
