摘要: In the present study, we performed comprehensive gene expression and network analyses using a DNA microarray to elucidate molecular events responsible for pathology of posttraumatic epilepsy at partial seizure stage. We used an experimental model amygdalar focal FeCl3-injected rats compared profiles in hippocampus stage (less than 3 on Racine’s convulsion scale) that sham-operated animals. At stage, upregulation phospholipase A2 (PLA2) lipid metabolism were observed, which have been reported be caused by brain injury seizures previous studies. Furthermore, significant genes related inflammation immune system was observed. These changes PLA2 may propagation.
