摘要: Cell cycle-related kinase (CCRK) is a novel protein homologous to both cyclin-dependent 7 (Cdk7) and Cak1p groups of CDK-activating (CAK). CCRK activates Cdk2, which controls the cell-cycle progression by phosphorylating threonine residue conserved in Cdk2. Previous studies have indicated that levels were elevated more than 1.5-fold tumor tissue, overexpression associated with poor prognosis patients. Moreover, recent shown involved Wnt signaling pathway genesis evolution cancer. This review aims systematically present information currently available on obtained from vitro vivo highlight its significance tumorigenesis.
