摘要: Gastric cancer (GC) is a major public health issue as the fourth most common and second leading cause of cancer-related death. Recent advances have improved our understanding its molecular pathogenesis, best exemplified by elucidating fundamental role several signaling pathways related derangements. Central to these mechanisms are genetic epigenetic alterations in pathways, such gene mutations, copy number variants, aberrant methylation histone modification, nucleosome positioning, microRNAs. Some genetic/epigenetic represent effective diagnostic prognostic biomarkers therapeutic targets for GC. This information has now opened unprecedented opportunities better gastric carcinogenesis development novel strategies this cancer. The pathogenetic GC focus review.
