摘要: Clinical resistance to chemotherapeutic agents is one of the major hindrances in treatment human cancers. EHZ2 involved drug and overexpressed drug-resistant cancer cell lines. In this study, we investigated effects on cisplatin -resistance A549/DDP AGS/DDP cells. mRNA protein were found be significantly cells, compared parental siRNA successfully silenced expression. Proliferation was inhibited improved. Flow cytometry showed that silencing arrested cells G0/G1 phase, increasing apoptosis, rh-123 fluorescence intensity caspase-3/8 activities. Silencing also reduced expression levels cyclin D1 MDR1,while up-regulating p15, p21, p27 miR-218 A549/DPP Furthermore, increased level tumor suppressor factor miR-218. We down-regulating methylation This study demonstrates can effectively reversed cisplatin-resistant lung gastric through delivery siRNAs targeting EHZ2.
