摘要: AbstractNiosomes embodying ethanol and minimum amount of cholesterol (ethoniosomes) could be promising ocular delivery systems for water soluble insoluble drugs. This manuscript reports on novel nano-sized elastic niosomes composed Span 60: (7:3 mol/mol) ethanol, prednisolone acetate (Pred A) sodium phosphate P). These ethoniosomes were prepared with the thin film hydration (TFH) injection (EI) methods, characterized percentage entrapment efficiency (% EE), size, zeta potential, morphology, elasticity, in vitro release physical stability. Ocular irritation, bioavailability anti-inflammatory effects evaluated compared conventional suspension solution eye drops. The ethoniosomal vesicles (EV) had a Z-average diameter 267 nm, potential approximately −40 mV % change size after extrusion 4%. They physically stable at least 2 months 4 °C. The...
