Whitening and Anti-wrinkle Effects of Prunus persica Flos

摘要: The solvent extracts of Prunus persica Flos were investigated for the activities whitening and anti-wrinkle effects to apply as a functional ingredient cosmetic products. tyrosinase inhibitory effect, which is related skin-whitening, was 54.0, 58.3% in P. (PPW, PPE) at 1,000 ppm. In addition, ethanol extract (PPE) showed potent activity test using melanoma cell lines resulting 40.0% inhibition 100ppm. Furthermore, aqueous acetone from flower found inhibit elastase, more effective than ascorbic acid melanin synthesis by about 56.5% 100 ppm concentration.
