摘要: Two sequencing batch reactors were synchronously operated to investigate the effect of manganese (II) (Mn2+) augmentation on aerobic granulation. Reactor 1 (R1) was added with 10 mg/L Mn2+, while there no Mn2+ in reactor 2 (R2). Results showed that R1 had a faster granulation process than R2 and performed better chemical oxygen demand (COD) ammonium nitrogen (NH 4 + –N) removal efficiencies. Moreover, mature granules augmented behaved their physical characteristics size distributions, they also higher production extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) content. The result three-dimensional excitation emission matrix fluorescence function causing organic material diversity (especially proteins diversity) EPS fraction from granules. Polymerase chain reaction denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis techniques employed analyze microbial genetic results exhibited mainly responsible for compared R2. Uncultured sludge bacterium A16 (AF234726) Rhodococcus sp. WTZ-R2 (HM004214) major species R1, only uncultured eight organisms found both two granules, three R1. It could be concluded enhance have key role biological properties during
