摘要: The aim of this study is to investigate the expression CXCR4 receptor in cervical adenocarcinoma and related mechanisms involved pelvic lymph node metastasis. Immunohistochemistry was used evaluate association metastasis archived tissue from clinical stage IB adenocarcinomas (n= 37) benign specimens obtained at hysterectomy for other causes 48). HeLa cell (cervical adenocarcinoma–derived cell) line that expresses interaction between stromal cell–derived factor 1α (SDF-1α). Cell migration assays, numbers, flow cytometry, proliferation assay, western blot were function its downstream signal transduction. positive cases semiquantitatively divided into three score classes according their staining. Tumors with strong stainings more likely have than those weak or negative (87.5% vs 34.5%; P= 0.014). Only 25% had staining CXCR4. Functioning expressed on cells. SDF-1α provoked significant transduction events, including chemotaxis rescue apoptosis. These actions apparently mediated by activation phosphorylation extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 AKT pathways. We conclude associated proliferation, primary cells expressing are significantly metastasize nodes.
