摘要: Muscle (n = 111), liver and kidney cortex 101) samples from brown bears (Ursus arctos) were collected in the 2009 2010 hunting seasons Croatia analysed for selenium (Se), cadmium (Cd), total mercury (Hg). The aim was to assess levels of these elements according age, sex, season collection, investigate possible Se/Cd Se/Hg interactions. Median Se concentrations 0.139 μg/g muscle, 0.409 μg/g 1.75 μg/g wet mass cortex. Cd Hg 0.0078 0.0018 μg/g 1.09 0.031 μg/g liver, 16.5 0.206 μg/g renal cortex, respectively. molar ratios less than 1 close or above Toxic correlated with all studied tissues. Sex differences found three (except liver), females having higher tissue concentration males. Only showed age-dependence. Bear ...
