摘要: Objectives This study aimed to compare the superiority of scapular mobilization, manual capsule stretching, and combination these two techniques in treatment frozen shoulder patients evaluate acute effects on movements. Methods designed a single-blinded, randomized, pre-post assessment study. was included 54 diagnosed with stage 3 shoulder. Group 1 (n=27) received 2 posterior stretching. After were assessed, interventions re-applied crossover design obtain results for combined application (n=54). The range motion, active total elevation, internal rotation, tensions joint recorded before immediately after mobilization. Results Statistical analysis showed an increase all motion values (p 0.05), without significant difference among groups (p>0.05). flexibility did not change any group Conclusions Scapular mobilization effective improving patients.
