摘要: Blood cell development relies on the expansion and maintenance of haematopoietic stem progenitor cells in embryo. By gene targeting mouse embryonic cells, we demonstrate that transcription factor GATA-2 plays a critical role haematopoiesis, particularly an adult type. We propose regulates genes controlling growth responsiveness or proliferative capacity early cells.
