摘要: Alloantigen-stimulated CD8+ mouse spleen cells, either spontaneously or in the presence of IL-12 IFN gamma plus anti-IL-4, differentiate into T cells secreting a Th1-like cytokine pattern (IL-2 and gamma). IL-4 induced differentiation Th2 cytokines (IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-10), whereas anti-IFN suppressed development gamma. Clones IL-4- gamma-producing were relatively stable, as did not cause interconversion committed cells. Both subsets cytotoxic, failed to provide cognate help for B cell antibody production, remained CD4-, CD8 alpha+ beta+. We propose names TC1 TC2 cytotoxic Th2-like cytokines, respectively.
