摘要: Abstract Laser-capture microdissection and transcriptional profiling have enabled compartment- cell-specific analysis of gene expression in chronic kidney disease, thus facilitating the investigation pathophysiological associations between glomerular, tubular, interstitial structures. Due to pico- nanogram amounts RNA isolated from LCM-captured material linear amplification protocols are necessary prior real-time PCR microarray analysis. In this chapter, we describe isolation renal tubule cells cryocut sections routine biopsies, for downstream purposes.
