摘要: Maspin is a serine protease inhibitor with tumor suppression activity. It expressed in normal breast and prostate tissue but downregulated or absent tumors. Recent reports have shown that decreased expression associated greater propensity for metastasis oral squamous cell carcinomas. We know some high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia progress to invasive carcinomas while others either persist at the same degree of atypia regress. The pattern maspin neoplasia-grade 3, microinvasive overtly uterine cervix was studied determine relationship between extent progression carcinoma. In total, 36 cases were evaluated: 18 seven carcinoma 11 A monoclonal antibody used on paraffin-embedded tissues. Immunoreactivity scored semiquantitatively using scale 0-3. sums scores different groups compared Mann-Whitney U-test. significant decrease noted 3 vs (P<0.005), (P<0.05), emboli (P<0.005). Although not statistically significant, lower without These findings suggest likely plays role disease from situ Virtual absence immunopositivity indicates may also play metastasis.
