摘要: Summary Propofol 2.5 mg/kg was compared with thiopentone 5 as an induction agent for elective Caesarean section. Thirty-two healthy women cephalopelvic disproportion were included in open randomised study. The placental transfer of propofol also studied 10 other mothers given a single dose mg/kg. characteristics and haemodynamic response to similar. Side effects rare both agents, but caused more discomfort on injection thiopentone. Recovery times shorter after evaluated by time orientation, recovery scoring anaesthesia measurements the Maddox wing. Rapid significant fetal uptake detected propofol.
