摘要: Transient Receptor Potential (TRP) proteins are non-selective cationic channels with a consistent Ca2+-permeability, except for TRPM4 and TRPM5 that not permeable to this ion. However, Ca2+ is major regulator of their activity since both activated by rise in internal Ca2+. Thus responsible most the Ca2+-activated currents (NSCCa) recorded large variety tissues. Their activation induces cell-membrane depolarization modifies driving force ions as well voltage gated thereby strongly impacts cell physiology. In last few years, ubiquitously expressed channel has been implicated insulin secretion, immune response, constriction cerebral arteries, inspiratory neurons cardiac dysfunction. Conversely, whose expression more restricted, until now mainly taste transduction.
