摘要: Abstract The hydrolytic kinetics and degradation mechanism of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β- d -glycoside (THSG) extracted from Radix Polygoni Multiflori (a commonly used officinal Chinese herbal Heshouwu ), were investigated using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC–MS). influences pH (1.5–9.9), temperature (25–60 °C) irradiation on the hydrolysis THSG studied in aqueous solutions. results showed that was pH-, temperature- irradiation-dependent all followed first-order kinetics. effect rate characterized Arrhenius equation.
