摘要: In this chapter the relationship between metacognition and use of tools is addressed. Being able to determine when a tool would be beneficial for one’s learning seen as metacognitive skill. Different assumptions are made with respect knowledge (including instructional conceptions) usage. A series studies addressed in which different instruments were used measure skills provide empirical underpinning these assumptions.
