摘要: Summary Primary dormancy develops in seeds during their maturation on the mother plant. In recent years, use of hormone mutants and manipulation endogenous levels by biosynthetic inhibitors have led to a new approach hormonal regulation onset dormancy. There is good evidence show that ABA synthesis at axis level an absolute requirement for induction maintenance This continued de novo synthesized could positively control expression specific ABA-responsive genes. Among set late embryo abundant proteins, some appear be candidates as “dormancy proteins.” review aims correlate preliminary results obtained molecular biology with advances understanding developing seeds.
