摘要: The genus Corylus L. comprises 15–20 specific and infraspecific taxa distributed in the temperate zone of Northern Hemisphere. Most are found Asia, only three them North America (C. cornuta subsp. cornuta, C. californica, americana). is generally divided into groups based on morphology involucre surrounding nut. Phylogenetic analyses were performed using nontranscribed spacer 5S rRNA genes. Intragenomic variability makes necessary use cloning techniques prior to sequencing. Eighty clones from 15 sequenced. Clones each species never monophyletic (with one exception—C. ferox), which indicates possibility that there exist genic duplications, a supported part by topology phylogenetic tree. Nonetheless, provides some resolution. All Asian subgenus Acanthochlamys sister remainder...
