摘要: AIM: To evaluate the clinical and radiological outcomes of one-piece zirconia implants restored with single crowns (SCs) or fixed dental prostheses (FDPs) over an observation period 5 years in function. MATERIALS AND METHODS: In a prospective cohort investigation two investigational centers, were placed anterior posterior sites. After healing at least 2 months mandible 4 months maxilla immediate provisional reconstructions, final all-ceramic SCs three-unit FDPs cemented. Patients followed for 5 years. Clinical parameters measurements neighboring teeth assessed. For statistical analysis, linear mixed models applied. RESULTS: A total 71 60 patients. Sixty-three 53 patients could be evaluated 5-year follow-up. Six seven counted as dropouts. One implant did not achieve adequate osseointegration had to removed 5 weeks after implantation. The survival rate was calculated 98.4% (95% CI 91.6, 99.9). mean overall marginal bone loss from placement follow-up 0.7 ± 0.6 mm. initial before loading (0.7 mm), no further statistically significant change level (p = .458) observed. CONCLUSION: investigated showed high rate, very stable bone, mucosal margin levels function. Therefore, it can considered safe reliable reconstruction implant-supported mid-term period.
