摘要: Abstract Plasmids have rarely been detected in organisms constituting the genusMycoplasma. Recently, isolation of a cryptic plasmid fromMycoplasma mycoides subsp.mycoides has described, and we report here second from this species. Restriction map Southern blot analyses show that is distinct previously described plasmid, although limited region homology was detected. The availability mycoplasmal plasmids may lead to development cloning vectors replicate these organisms.
