摘要: Conductive heat transfer between a thin deformable workpiece and sink is optimized by imposing load over the resulting in uniform contact pressure distribution said which also maximum stress consistent with elastic properties of workpiece. The surface given contour determined these criteria for circular disk clamped thereto.
