摘要: Immuno-western blots, immunofluorescence and immuno-gold labeling methods were used to study the existence distribution of a homologue membrane skeleton spectrin in pollen tube ofLilium davidii Duch. A was found exist tube, distributed on membranes secretory vesicles near Golgi apparatus.
