摘要: In animal mitochondria, several codons are non-universal and their meanings differ depending on the species. addition, tRNA structures that decipher sometimes unusually truncated. These features seem to be related shortening of mitochondrial (mt) genomes, which occurred during evolution mitochondria. organelles probably originated from endosymbiosis an aerobic eubacterium into ancestral eukaryote. It is plausible these events brought about various characteristic mt translation systems, such as genetic code variations, truncated rRNA structures, unilateral recognition mechanisms by aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases, elongation factors ribosomes, compensation for RNA deficits enlarged proteins. this article, we discuss molecular phenomena. Finally, describe human diseases caused modification defects in tRNAs.
