摘要: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic, relapsing, polysystemic autoimmune disease with various clinical signs. The prognosis of SLE patients influenced by neuropsychiatric and renal involvement. Lupus nephritis (LN) present in 40-60% patients. Classical laboratory parameters are not sensitive specific prediction flares, over the last few years there has been growing interest searching novel biomarkers predicting future flares. Our goal was to detect serum urinary level cytokines 36 (34 female 2 male, mean age: 43.36 +/- 11.53 years), 23 without involvement (19 women 4 men, 54 8.71) (both groups followed 3rd Department Internal Medicine, Division Clinical Immunology, University Debrecen) 30 healthy controls (23 7 45.5 12.4). Serum IL-1 (interleukin), IL-2 p < 0.05), IL-6, IL-13 IFN-gamma (p 0.001) levels were significantly higher patients, as compared controls. Urinary TNF-alpha = 0.012 0.001), while LN 0.002). Measurement IL-6 could help predict
