摘要: To ensure honey foodstuff safety, a rapid and sensitive mass spectrometric analysis method with minimal or no prior sample pretreatment was developed for the direct detection of trace amounts tetracycline (TC) in products by using microwave plasma torch combined spectrometry (MPT-MS). In study, reagent ions observed MPT background spectrum were commonly formed from source-generated reacting discharge gas (Ar), H2O O2 air. Moreover, ionization process target molecules (M) summarized positive ion mode, including proton transfer, charge penning ionization, high energy electron–molecule reaction so on. For semi-quantitative MPT-MS, considerations each approach adjustment power optimization flow rate are discussed. The present research mainly focused on most abundant precursor [M + H]+ (m/z 445) its fragment 427) collision-induced dissociated (CID) experiments. addition, data monitoring m/z 427 vs. samples illustrated that limit (LOD) is 19.27 μg L−1, linear dynamics range 0.05 mg L−1 to 10 correlation coefficient (R2) 0.98812. four kinds conducted, recoveries shown be 84.35–112.86%, relative standard deviations (RSD, n = 11) 0.35–3.59%. With advantages rapidity sensitivity, this showed MPT-MS promising applied on-site which little glutinous involving several fields, such as drug quality control, food safety criminal investigation.
