摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate characteristics critically ill patients with Stenotrophomonas maltophilia (S. maltophilia) isolated from the respiratory tract, identify risk factors for S. maltophilia-pneumonia and intensive care unit (ICU) mortality analyze antibiotic susceptibility maltophilia. This a retrospective analysis 64 medical ICU in tract. Thirty-six fulfilled criteria diagnosis pneumonia. A significantly higher lung injury score (LIS) observed pneumonia compared colonization (p = 0.010). Independent were Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) 0.009) immunosuppression 0.014). Patients had within 28-day follow-up 0.040) hospital 0.018) than colonization. highest rates trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, tigecycline, moxifloxacin. Higher SOFA when 0.001) development renal failure 0.021) independent mortality. are maltophilia-pneumonia. have follow-up, LIS maltophilia-colonization.
