Brain Tumor Invasion and Angiogenesis

摘要: It is a well-known fact that effectiveness of oncotherapy in brain tumors remains under the expectations comparison to anaplastic other organs. Knowing very modest survival rates enormous efforts neuro-oncological researches has been made, but only partial success produced. Beside extremely high proliferation rate grade glio‐ ma cells established highly intensive invasiveness and angiogenesis as main reasons treatment failure. In this chapter molecular mechanisms tumor invasion will be discussed followed by hopeful possi‐ bilities are already studies achievable near-future.
