摘要: One of the major upcoming concerns leading to health related problems in industrialized societies is metabolic syndrome which characterized by central obesity, hypertension, raised fasting glucose and triglyceride levels. The focus this review on a potential estrogenic linkage between mechanisms involved into development disease cluster specific estrogen regulatory pattern. candidate molecules for link are insulin insulin-like growthfactor, C-reactive protein, peroxisome-proliferation-activatingreceptorγ, leptin all seem interact with each other show responsiveness changing From perspective they might also represent target phytochemical intervention phytoestrogens.
