摘要: New axial N,N'-dioxide secondary amide derived from r-tryptophan was synthesized and firstly employed in catalytic enantioselective reduction of ketoimines with trichlorosilane. It found that 4f an effective catalyst excellent reactivity good enantioselectivity. Possible mechanism for the procedure tentatively proposed. (C) 2014 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
