摘要: The effect of chitin and its derivatives on the activation peritoneal macrophages in vivo, suppression tumour growth syngeneic mice protection host against bacterial infection was examined. Thirty percent deacetylated (30% DA-chitin), 70% DA-chitin carboxymethyl-chitin (CM-chitin) induced cytotoxic most effectively.
