Alterations protein or mRNA using publicly available data Genome Atlas (TCGA). We found that membranous cytoplasmic expressions significantly associated with squamous carcinoma (SCC) both TMAs. Analysis TCGA revealed increased levels patients, which was reductions overall survival (OS) (median 26.51 vs. 47.77 months, P  = 0.017) disease-free 17.44 37.65  = 0.045) only adenocarcinoma (ADC). These suggest is activated NSCLC, particularly those SCC. a especially ADC. Further studies are warranted investigate value patients.
