摘要: Abstract A high cholesterol diet induced a fatty liver and an increase in oleate spontaneously hypertensive rats. The activity of microsomal glycerophosphate acyltransferase increased 2–3-fold to meet the supply oleate, synthesis which was stimulated by 10-fold Δ9-desaturase activity. Hepatic acid synthetase diacylglycerol activities were decreased somewhat. These results, together with fact that large increases hepatic ester triacylglycerol not correspondingly reflected plasma, indicated resulted from secretion lipoprotein rather than lipogenesis. Endogenous microsomes 2-fold acyl-CoA:cholesterol 3-fold, whereas plasma lecithin:cholesterol unchanged. Thus, seen rats fed is due mainly acyl-CoA:choIesterol activities.
