摘要: Abstract The “in vitro” effects of α-tocopherol, butylhydroxytoluene (BHT) and butylhydroxyanisole (BHA) were studied on aggregation human platelets induced by collagen arachidonic acid (AA), the metabolic conversion 14C AA through cyclooxygenase lipoxygenase pathways formation thromboxane B2 (TXB2) in washed after stimulation with collagen. Vitamin E completely inhibited platelet only at high concentration (mM) 10 minutes preincubation, limited metabolism no effect TXB2 from endogenous substrate. BHA 10−6M range, gave 50% inhibition 10−5M range almost complete 10−4M range. BHT was about 100 times less active metabolism. differentially affected low concentrations greater than 5×10−5M both depressed.
