摘要: This paper reports the case of a young female patient who presented with cutaneous urticarial disseminated eruption. Drug-induced side effects were eliminated, and only recent dietary change was regular use chewing-gums containing chlorophylla (E140), menthol BHT (butylhydroxytoluene). Immunohistological analysis lesion revealed signs vasculitis. Within 1 week after stopping chewing gum, eruption subsided. Oral provocation tests at 4-day intervals confirmed responsibility by reinduction few hours.
