摘要: Aspergillus carbonarius is the main responsible source of ochratoxin A (OTA) in food commodities such as wine, grapes or dried vine fruits from viticultural regions worldwide. Besides, OTA production a very consistent property this species and for reason atoxigenic isolates A. are rarely found natural environments. In present study, first time, three nonochratoxigenic wild strains have been discovered, unambiguously identified, characterized deep compared to ochratoxigenic same species. addition, polyketide synthase (pks) genes suggested be involved biosynthesis were also screened these strains. The identification was confirmed by ITS-5.8S rRNA, β-tubulin calmodulin gene sequencing. did not produce conducive culture medium at any temperatures times incubation tested. Five ketosynthase domains pks previously described detected both Atoxigenic could useful biotechnological agents used industry biological control vineyards other crops.
