摘要: Aims:  The incidence of toxigenicity among Australian isolates Aspergillus niger and carbonarius was assessed. rot concomitant production ochratoxin A (OA) in bunches inoculated with A. were also investigated. Methods Results: Aspergillus isolated from vineyard soils. more widespread than carbonarius, two restriction fragment length polymorphism types niger, N T, present. Three 113 all 33 produced OA. onto Semillon without damage the month before harvest. Damaged berries at greater 12·3 °Bx particularly susceptible to OA, which concentrated severely mouldy berries. Conclusions:  OA grapes results mainly infection by carbonarius. It is discoloured, shrivelled berries. potential for appears commence after veraison increase berry ripeness. Significance Impact Study:  Minimizing between harvest significantly reduces formation. Monitoring extent infected toxigenic spp. may give some indication contamination.
